This is arguably the best look at their costumes that Marvel has released so far. Toys and come other promotional materials have offered a good idea of how Falcon and Bucky will look in the series. Sam’s new suit after Avengers: Endgame and before he presumably gets an actual Captain America suit is terrific and in pristine condition right now. Meanwhile, Bucky’s newer silver and gold vibranium arm shines bright here. If just having a metal arm was cool before, this image really makes the new design pop.
Although the context for Falcon and Bucky’s intense staredown isn’t known, both men appear prepared to jump into action. The trailer for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier did show Bucky running and Falcon flying out of a warehouse that looks similar to the one shown here. Perhaps they’ve just received vital information about their current mission. In any case, it won’t be long before fans get to discover what The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is all about and specifically what is happening here.
