EastEnders airs horror for Rainie Highway next week, as the pregnant character suffers an accident.

She is accidentally hit by Keegan Baker’s bike, as he rides through the Square.

Having kept her baby joy a secret for now, she’s forced to reveal all to a stunned Keegan and his wife Tiffany after the incident.

She will be left fearing for her baby, but will she and her unborn child be okay?

Rainie broke the news to husband Stuart about their big news recently on their wedding day in September.

But she has to reveal all to Keegan after he drives into her, sending her flying into the gutter.

She’s listening to her new hypnobirthing app when she steps out into the road.

Not seeing Keegan coming, she’s left in danger when Keegan heads off to meet Tiffany only to hit her.

Viewers will have to tune in next week to watch the episodes unfold.

Fans of the BBC soap were thrilled to learn Stuart and Rainie were going to be parents recently, glad to see them finally tie the knot.

One viewer wrote at the time: “What a happy ending for #EastEnders tonight. Rainie and Stuart are married and Rainie is pregnant.”
