Corrie hints missing Ray Crosby murdered by Debbie Webster after Abi death fears

Coronation Street spoilers have confirmed villain Ray Crosby goes missing next week.

The baddie appears to attempt to kill Abi Franklin in upcoming scenes this week, as his true crimes are set to be exposed.

His accomplice Debbie Webster turns against him though, and it is yet to be revealed whether Abi survives her ordeal.

What is hinted at though as that Debbie might murder her ex Ray, with it clear she is hiding something about his disappearance in the coming episodes.

The character is questioned by residents and police next week about Abi’s collapse, while spoilers conceal her fate.

She’s also grilled over the whereabouts of Ray, after he suddenly vanishes into thin air.

Debbie faces the angry residents, who are still trying to save their homes after Ray tricked them out of them before planning to demolish them.

She claims to know nothing about him bribing the planning committee to get the permission they needed.

Debbie also denies knowing that Ray tried to rape Faye Windass, with her also distancing herself from the situation with Abi.

As news spreads that the development has been cancelled, Ray is still nowhere to be found.

But the police soon realise Debbie was the one who dialled for an ambulance to help Abi, with her forced to reveal why she was at The Bistro where she was found.

Ray Crosby meets up with Abi Franklin in the Rovers’ back yard and tells her he’s willing to confess to the assault on Faye so long as she deletes the video footage. However Abi suddenly feels dizzy and collapses as Ray grabs her phone.
Abi and Ray’s fates are not yet confirmed

Debbie claims she found her unconscious and called for help, believing she had suffered a drug overdose – but she fails to mention seeing Ray.

With Ray still a no-show, what has happened to him and has she gotten rid of him?

After all, she does tell the residents earlier on in the week that she “did what she had to in order to stop Ray”.

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
