Unfortunately, Brian Orndorf of Bluray.com did not enjoy the film’s decision to bounce between past and current time periods to tell the story of “Little Women.” His opinion of the film was that the repeated time zone changes detracted from the emotional beauty and feelings of some passages that were more brilliantly depicted in the novel and earlier cinematic adaptations of the book.
