The stars of Strictly Come Dancing reunited for a charity ball to raise money for rugby star Rob Burrow’s charity.

Dan Walker, 45, who competed in last year’s series, performed the Charleston with his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova, 32, and the pair judged the charity event.

Other stars including professional dancer Katya Jones, 32, also attended the bash. Her former partner Ed Balls, 55, also attended with wife Yvette Cooper, 52.

The Strictly themed evening was to help raise funds for Motor Neuron Disease (MND) named for former Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Rob, 39, who was diagnosed with the disease in December 2019.

The Rob Burrow MND Strictly Ball at Headingley Stadium in Leeds, which sold out of its 400 tickets, raised funds to go towards the £5m needed to build the The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease.
