Stephen Mulhern has shared he will not be on this evenings ITV show – it will be the third week he has missed
Stephen Mulhern’s doctor has ordered him off Saturday Night Takeaway for the third week running.
He wrote on twitter: “Hello all, Sorry I’ve been quiet on here recently and thank you for all your lovely messages.
“I’ve had some time off and been resting up on doctors orders. I’m on the mend, I’m happy to say, and looking forward to getting back to work soon. In the meantime…
“I’ll put my feet up and watch Saturday Night Takeaway tonight with the rest of you lot. Please don’t miss me too much! Lots of love, Stephen. X”
Stephen only made a brief appearance on the launch night show on February 19 dressed as Donald Trump for the series opener.
Last week fans were shocked when the funny man was missing from our screens with many taking to Twitter to question where Stephen was.
One wrote: @antanddec @StephenMulhern #SaturdayNightTakeaway where is Stephen he’s not been in the show for the past two weeks??”
As well as taking part in SNT Stephen stepped in for covid striken Philip Schofield on DOI and he also fronts Catchphrase.
