I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2021 may still be several months away, but rumours are already swirling about who will be taking part.
Ahead of 2021’s line-up reveal, a number of huge names have already been rumoured to join hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly as the much-loved show returns to Gwrych castle in North Wales again amid the coronavirus pandemic.
After hopes were slashed that the iconic reality TV show could return to its usual home of Australia, a trip down Down Under has now been deemed ‘too tricky’, and instead, this year’s contestants will prepare to get stuck into the gruelling challenges closer to home – in Wales.
It was recently reported a huge star had dropped out of this year’s I’m A Celeb after it was revealed that it would be once again held in Wales instead of Australia.
From a Good Morning Britain personality, a mega pop sensation here, and an Olympic gold medal winner, here, we take a look at all the celebrities that are speculated to be in talks for the ITV reality show.

Cheryl Hole
The latest rumour is that I’m A Celeb bosses are hoping to cast someone from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
Bosses are said to be hoping to have the “most diverse line-up” of campmates this year.
The likes of Cheryl Hole and Bimini Bon-Boulash are thought to be being considered.
A source told The Sun: “Casting directors want the most diverse I’m A Celeb line-up possible.
“They’re keen to sign drag queens. They have big fanbases who would follow them to I’m a Celeb. A few names have been floated already.
“Of course, they won’t be able to put on full make-up and will have to wear a uniform like the other campmates, but the addition will spice up the show. Lots of drag queens would love to do it.”
Maya Jama
Radio and TV presenter Maya, 27, is best known for her bubbly personality and no-nonsense attitude – and she could be bringing it to the show this year.
(

She has been linked to the ITV reality series since quitting her job on Radio 1 to pursue “exciting opportunities”.
The presenter is a hot topic at the moment, and is all over the TV – so it’s likely she could appear on I’m A Celeb later this year.
Bookmaker Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “We think Maya would be a massive coup for ITV if they could get her to be a contestant on I’m a Celeb, she’d be perfect for the show.
“The match made in heaven could well happen too and we make it odds on that she does enter the jungle.”
Louise Minchin
(

Louise Minchin recently finished her last day on BBC Breakfast and ITV bosses are apparently keen to sign her up for I’m A Celeb.
Fellow presenter Victoria Derbyshire was successful on the series in 2020 so producers might want to recreate the success.
Meanwhile, her former co-host Dan Walker is appearing on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing which is returning this week.
Liberty Poole
Liberty Poole stole the nation’s hearts when she appeared on this year’s Love Island.
However, things went sideways with her relationship with water engineer Jake Cornish and she ended up leaving the show.
Now, she has been tipped to sign up for I’m A Celeb this year following her success on Love Island.
Ladbrokes said recently it “looks more likely than ever” that Liberty will take part in this year’s show.
Jake Wood
Former EastEnders star Jake, 49, who previously played Max Branning on the soap, is rumoured to be joining the line-up.

The actor is reportedly in “advanced talks” with ITV bosses and is keen to sign up for this year’s series.
A source told The Sun: “He would love to go into the jungle. He thinks it would be a great challenge for him and he has of course seen how well other EastEnders stars have done.”
Lucy Fallon

Ex-Coronation Street babe Lucy Fallon is tipped to be joining the 2021 cast of I’m A Celebrity.
She recently appeared on ITV’s Don’t Rock The Boat – so there’s a possibility she could make her debut on I’m A Celeb after getting a taste of reality TV.
Nick Grimshaw
He may have previously said he “can’t deal” with the creatures that come the way of I’m A Celeb camp-mates.
But Grimmy has been linked with the new series more than ever before.
He may have said: “I can’t even touch a cat. I couldn’t touch a snake!” but there’s many people who would love to see him on the show.
Radio presenters have a history of saying yet, like including Roman Kemp and Tony Blackburn.
Christine Quinn
(

Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn is one of the least likely stars we’d expect to see on I’m A Celebrity.
However, she was thrown into the mix when Ladbrokes saw her odds fall from 10/1 to just 5/1 to appear on the series this year.
The glamorous reality star, who recently had a baby, is also set to start her own show.
Making her move on the ITV series would be the perfect opportunity to grow her UK audience.
Tom Malone Jr
(

Tom Malone Jr is no stranger to reality TV, as he was a favourite on Channel 4’s Gogglebox.
The likeable TV personality recently quit the show as he believes “new opportunities are knocking on the door and it’s time to explore them”.
And he has hinted he will appear on I’m A Celebrity this year, responding to a fans’ question on Instagram.
He said: “Yeah sure, I think. I actually think that would be sick, and probably would be very fun.”
Will Mellor
Coronation Street’s Will Mellor has previously spoken about his love for I’m A Celebrity and how it’s something he wants to experience.
He announced on his podcast that the show is at the top of his list if he was to go on a reality show.
Richard Arnold
Good Morning Britain’s Richard Arnold dropped a hint he is heading into the I’m A Celebrity camp while on-air back in May.
(

His co-star Kate Garraway has previously starred on the show, so it could be a possibility for Richard.
He said: “It’s a great show, it’d be great to be a part of…”
Richard then teased: “Well, I’ve got to do the downstairs loo, I’m hoping to get a marble finish so if the offer comes in I’ll do it […] I wouldn’t officially rule it out. I’ve never experienced anyone who’s come out of it and said they’ve had any regrets.”
Sam Aston
Actor Sam Aston said he is “open” to starring on I’m A Celebrity after seeing the success of his co-stars Jennie McAlpine and Andy Whyment.
(

Hinting he has been approached in the past but turned it down, he told OK! magazine: “I’ve always said no to all of those shows, but then recently for some reason I’ve been more open to the idea.”
Suggesting he would consider an appearance on the series, he added: “Jennie [McAlpine] and Andy [Whyment] did the jungle and both of them said it’s the experience of a lifetime. If I was offered it I would be open to the idea and open to the extra pennies!”
Danny Walters
(

Danny Walters, who is best known for playing Keanu Taylor in EastEnders, was rumoured for last year’s line-up.
He didn’t make an appearance on the 2020 show, so maybe this year is the time to make his debut.
Imogen Thomas
Big Brother star Imogen Thomas sparked rumours she would be going into I’m A Celeb in a cryptic Instagram post.
(

She was taking questions from her fans and one asked her if she was doing the show — and she didn’t deny it.
“I heard you are going in the jungle… true?” they asked her.
Instead of shutting down the rumour, Imogen simply replied with seven prayer/high five emojis, indicating she is hoping to be on the show.
Roy Keane

The fiery former footballer would be a box office booking.
He may be an outsider to sign up but working for ITV as a pundit, fans hope there is a a chance the Irishman could say yes.
Straight talking doesn’t do the ex Man United captain justice.
He is exactly the type of character I’m A Celeb needs – and don’t telly bosses know it.
Olivia Attwood
If there is one lady who has appeared on her fair share of reality TV show’s it is Olivia Attwood.
The beauty – who rose to fame on Love Island and has since starred on her own spin-off Crackin’ On with ex Chris Hughes, Olivia Meets Her Match with fiance Bradley Dack as well as Celebrity Karaoke Club, Celebs Go Dating and many more – has hinted that the next series she is keen to get involved in is I’m A Celeb.

Lifting the lid on her hopes of winning a spot on the hit show, she told RadioTimes.com: “I’d love to do the jungle. I’d give Dancing on Ice a go, although it does scare me.
“I’m a bit of a baby, so I don’t like getting hurt. I feel like the minute I fall over once, I’d be done. I know it sounds dramatic, but I’m just a bit like that. For me, the jungle is less scary. So I’d love to do the jungle.”
Olivia has already had a taste of the show due to taking part in a mock Bush Tucker Trials during an appearance on Extra Camp in 2018.

Tom Daley

To bag the now Olympic diving champion Tom Daley for the show would be a massive win for I’m A Celebrity bosses and after his sensational win in Tokyo last week, producers have set their sights on the much-talked about sports star.
Bookies now think it could be a distinct possibility, with Tom on odds of 6/1 to appear in the make-shift jungle.
Spokesperson for Ladbrokes, Alex Apati said: “Tom Daley is finally an Olympic champion, and there’s all the chance ITV chiefs snap him up for the next series of I’m A Celeb, as they look to assemble their strongest line-up yet.”
Tom’s previous stint of reality TV was on his own show Splash! which he created back in 2013 and saw celebrities trying their hand and mastering the art of diving.
Tommy Fury

Former Love Island star Tommy Fury is also rumoured to be joining the cast of I’m A Celebrity for 2021.
The 22-year-old reality TV star and professional boxer have proved to be a massive hit with fans two-years after his Love Island stint with girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague, with the Manchester native garnering over 3.5 million followers on Instagram.
Although Tommy’s work schedule appears to be busier than ever with several upcoming fights ahead, there’s no denying that a stint on I’m A Celeb could do wonders for his career.
Last year, Tommy revealed that he had previously been contacted by I’m A Celeb bosses to join to the show, but had to turn down the incredible opportunity due to work commitments.
Could this be his year to shine in the jungle?
Vicky McClure
(

Line Of Duty star Vicky McClure has become a household name in recent years thanks to her stellar performance DI Kate Fleming in the BBC police drama series.
Due to her growing popularity, it’s no wonder I’m A Celeb bosses are keen to secure her for the new series in Wales.
Bookies have revealed that Vicky is currently on odds of 8/1 for the Welsh castle but, much like her fellow Line of Duty co-stars Martin Compston, Adrian Dunbar and Kelly Macdonald, her name has also linked to Strictly 2021.
Paul Gascoigne
(

Football legend Paul Gascoigne has already appeared on the Italian version of I’m A Celeb this year but now his name has also been thrown into the hat for the UK series as producers prepare to get the ball rolling on the latest line-up.
It comes after an insider recently revealed that Gazza almost appeared on the show twice before.
A source told The Sun: “Gazza has come close, twice, to signing up for I’m A Celeb. But on each occasion, there were concerns he wasn’t in the best shape to go on.
“Producers have very strict tests and Paul just came up short.
“But Paul hopes he has proved a few people wrong and shown them he has put now some of his troubles behind him.”
Jack Whitehall
(

Another star currently at the top end of the I’m A Celebrity betting at 7/2 is comedian and actor, Jack Whitehall.
A fan previously launched a petition to get him on the show, writing to ITV to say: “I would like to get the well-known comedian Jack Whitehall onto the next series of ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!’ on ITV.
“He is absolutely hilarious and would cause so many laughs in the jungle. Also, he would get the show profits through the roof, as so many people love him and would enjoy watching him. Please help me to make this happen.”
While Jack has been busy with a number of other high-profile projects since the beginning of the year, it might just be time for him to take a step back and set his sights on a brand-new challenge in the jungle.
Jamie Laing

He recently quit Made In Chelsea after first shooting to fame on the E4 show back in 2011, and now, Jamie Laing’s name has been thrown into the hat for the new series of I’m A Celebrity.
Last year, he stunned audiences with his impressive moves on Strictly Come Dancing, but now might be the perfect time for Jamie to show his competitive side in the Welsch castle.
Jamie’s recent decision to cut all ties with Made In Chelsea has further fuelled speculation that he could be keen to do another reality TV show and Betway have him on odds of 5/2 to be on I’m A Celebrity.
Piers Morgan

It is not the first time that controversial broadcaster Piers Morgan’s name is being thrown about for the 2021 series of I’m A Celeb.
However, this year the chances of him taking part seem likelier than ever – seeing as he stepped down from GMB this year and has joked about being jobless.
The former newspaper editor has previously jibed that he would take part for “£10million” and Ant recently teased that Piers has plenty of time to take part this year during an appearance on Lorraine.
The cheeky Geordie suggested the former Good Morning Britain host would be a good addition to the 2021 line-up during a chat with Lorraine Kelly on ITV’s Lorraine at the start of May.
Ant and co-star Dec have both shared in the past that they would be keen to get the former newspaper editor in the jungle and Ant says now would be the perfect time for bolshy Piers to sign up following his departure from GMB.
Speaking on the chat show, via video link, Ant teased: “He’s not working at the moment, so you know, he’ll be looking for a job.”
Lorraine replied: “He’s got a bit of time on his hands, who knows.”
Nadiya Hussain
(

Television chef Nadiya Hussain shot to fame when she won the sixth series of The Great British Bake Off in 2015. She has since gone onto pen several books and appear in several television shows including The Chronicles of Nadiya and Nadiya’s British Food Adventure.
Not only has she become a staple addition to British TV, but she has also teased in the past that she would be open to a stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in the past.
It then emerged that Nadiya had actually turned down a spot on the show in 2020, but later admitted that she ‘regrets’ not appearing on the show.
She then explained to The Guardian that one of the reasons she declined the opportunity was because it was being held in North Wales.
“It’s just so cold in Wales: if I’m going to have cockroaches in my pants I’d rather it be in the sun, thanks. Still, I can’t help wondering what it would have been like,” she told the publication.
Martin Compston
Following the huge success of Line Of Duty, which saw a whopping 12.8 million viewers tune in to the shocking finale, several fans have expressed hopes of seeing their favourite characters go onto other television stints.
According to the bookies, speculation was rife that one of the stars might be heading into the jungle this year.
Betfair revealed that Martin Compston – who plays DI Steve Arnott – might be the most likely contender to appear in the show.
Betfair spokesman Sam Rosbottom said: “there are no other actors in the UK at present as in demand as the cast of Line of Duty,”
“Currently Martin Compston, who plays Steve Arnott, is 6/4 favourite to go into the I’m a Celebrity jungle this year. There have been a number of break out stars this series [though].”
Jenny Ryan
(

Manchester Evening News)
It’s not the first time that The Chase star Jenny Ryan – also know as The Vixen – has hinted that she might be heading to the show.
Should the brainiac get cast in the upcoming series, it would be the second chaser to appear on the show after Anne Hegerty appeared in 2018.
What’s more, Jenny has also appeared in several celebrity specials including Celebrity X Factor and Celebrity Masterchef – which suggests that she is certainly open to taking a break from The Chase for other projects.
However, last year she did suggest that her biggest reservations about the show were linked to creepy crawlies and the hot weather.
She wrote at the time: “My main reservations about doing I’m A Celeb have always been 1. The Spiders 2. The Snakes 3. The Heat. This could be a big opportunity for ol’ Jenny.”
She’s also not the only name that has been suggested from among The Chasers for this year’s show. Mark Labbett was also among the names suggested to be in the running for an I’m A Celebrity spot this year.
Jade Thirlwall
(

Little Mix hitmaker Jade Thirlwall has teased that she is game to appear on the reality show – and seeing as her bandmates are both pregnant it could be the perfect solo project for the singer.
During an appearance on Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston’s Heart FM show, Jade shared that she is keen to be on the line-up.
Asked if she would be open to an I’m A Celeb role, she told: “I’ll try anything once me, do you know what I mean? I’ll give it a crack.”
Hinting that she has thought about it and how she would handle the Bushtucker trials, she continued: “If something smells bad I won’t put it in my mouth, but I am good at creepy crawlies.”
Matt Baker
(

BBC personality Matt Baker could be heading into camp.
The Countryfile presenter recently stepped down from his co-hosting role on The One Show – freeing up time in his schedule.
When quizzed on if he would take the plunge and star on the ITV show, he told Hello! : ”I haven’t had any conversations yet. I am reluctant to say no to anything without having a good think about it.”
The Vivienne
(

British drag queen The Vivienne seemed to throw her hat in the ring when chatting to Lorraine last year.
As they spoke about her career, talk show icon Lorraine asked The Vivienne – real name James Lee Williams – if entering the Australian bush was on her agenda.
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne shared: “Do you know what, I’ve never thought about it but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that would be!”
Proving that she would be open to being on the series she added: “Get me to that jungle, what a great life opportunity. I am all for that!”
Lorraine then hinted that she is going to pull some strings with ITV bosses to make it happen as she replied: “I’m going to make a call!”
Eric Cantona
(

I’m A Celebrity bosses are reportedly desperate to sign football legend Eric Cantona – after showing their fondness for him last year.
Manchester United star Eric, 53, would be a dream signing for the hit ITV show as he’s known for his outlandish and quirky persona.
Show producer Richard Cowles said that he reckons the Frenchman would be a great hire.
He said at a Q&A, last year: “I just like the idea of Eric Cantona talking in French and coming up with really profound things.”
Jackie Weaver
(

Has she REALLY got the authority?
Oh how many of us would love to find out after she was all we could talk about for a week.
The infamous clerk of Handforth Parish Council has genuinely been tipped for this series.
She addressed the speculation in an interview with the Express, saying: “I think I would make a great Agony Aunt for the Celebs on the programme – just don’t ask me to do anything with frogs!”
Kieran Hayler
(

officialkieranhayler/Instagram)
Katie Price’s former husband Kieran Hayler recently confirmed that I’m A Celeb bosses had been in touch with him for the 2020 series but seeing as he was not on the line-up, maybe he will be on the upcoming cast list.
He told New! magazine: “I’d love to go on ‘I’m A Celeb’. I think there have been talks, but I don’t know for sure. I’d love to do it because I’m into the outdoors anyway so for me it would be really cool.”
He added: “I think it’s just the eating stuff I’d be a bit rubbish at – and it’s closer to home now I’ve heard.”
John Barnes
(
Image:

Sporting legend John Barnes teased fans that he was going on the show last year after he made comments on taking part in trials.
Speaking to Bonus Code Bets BonusCodeBets.co.uk about I’m a Celeb, Barnes said: “I’ve done a number of shows in my days, from Family Fortune to Strictly Come Dancing but nothing as adventurous as I’m a Celeb. And to be honest, there’s nothing that I wouldn’t eat or anything I wouldn’t do…I’m fairly easy-going, if they asked me to do something, I’d do it.
“I’ve done a number of shows in my days but nothing as adventurous as I’m a Celeb,” he told The Mirror. “And to be honest, there’s nothing that I wouldn’t eat or anything I wouldn’t do… I’m fairly easy-going, if they asked me to do something, I’d do it.”
He added: “Similar to why I went on to do Strictly Come Dancing all those years ago, it’d be good to lose some weight, perhaps try to beat Nick Knowles’ two-stone weight loss.”
Seeing as he was absent from the castle last year – could John be getting ready for an appearance in 2021?
Tamzin Outhwaite
(

Former EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite’s name has been lined to I’m A Celeb for years – yet she has never stepped foot in the jungle or castle.
It was previously reported that she said no to a stint on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing to be available for I’m A Celebrity but Tamzin has firmly said she has not discussed taking part.
She told OK! magazine: “I don’t understand where this rumour has come from. I even have my family asking me if it is true and I have to tell them no!”
Amy Hart
(
Image:
amyhartxo/Instagram)
Last year, Love Island’s Amy Hart told how she would love to be approached for the series.
“Well apparently so but I haven’t heard that, I mean I would love to do it,” she told OnlineCasinos.
“I love reality TV – I’ve been a big fan of reality TV for years, and I love new experiences and learning new skills. There’s not a lot I wouldn’t do, just for fun. I just think where else are you going to get the chance to ballroom dance or ice skate.”
Maybe Amy’s dreams will come true and she will get the all-important call from ITV.
