I’m a Celebrity star Giovanna Fletcher has been banned from bringing her luxury item into camp.
The blogger is among the stars heading to Wales this year for a stint at Gwrych Castle.
She’s good friends with TV presenter Emma Willis, whose husband Matt won the jungle series back in 2006.
Emma shared some wise words with Giovanna before she set off to Wales and she’s revealed the one thing she advised her pal to take with her got the thumbs down from producers.
She told Mirror Online: “I said, ‘You have to take cycling shorts, like long, tight, cycling shorts.’
“And she was like, ‘What, why would you do that?!’

“And I said, ‘Because then bugs aren’t going to crawl up the places you don’t want crawling up!’
“And she went, ‘Oh my God I hadn’t thought about that!’
“No one wants a cockroach up the butt or any other orifice.”

The stars are all allowed to bring in one luxury item to get them through the gruelling stint.
However, producers said not to the cycling shorts as the celebs are banned from bringing in any extra items of clothing.
Emma added: “She wasn’t allowed to [take the shorts].”
Emma also predicted mum-of-three Giovanna will struggle to be away from her children for the three weeks the show runs for, plus her week in isolation beforehand.
Giovanna shares sons Buzz, Buddy, and Max with her McFly star boyfriend Tom Fletcher.

Emma said: “That’s a bloody long time for any parent.
“I have no doubt it will get to her and she will desperately miss them.
“She watches I’m a Celeb every year and she knows exactly what she is getting herself into.”
But, Emma added: “It’s one of those things where you’re like, “I’ll do it, it’ll be amazing!”
