Eamonn Holmes clashed with chef John Torode as he hosted Friday’s This Morning alongside wife Ruth Langsford.
At the beginning of the ITV show, the duo were discussing their favourite biscuits to enjoy with a cup of tea.
Ruth revealed that supermarket Morrison’s have created a mash up of a custard cream and a bourbon biscuit.
As the pair tried the new biscuit creation, they turned the conversation to 56-year-old John and asked him what his preferred biscuit is.
“See it’s not about the combination of the biscuit for me, it’s how you eat it,” John explained.
“Because you take the biscuit apart and you take the custard off it and then you have the biscuit.”

Eamonn then jokingly replied: “You’re such a dirty pig,” as Ruth laughed beside him.
John also burst out laughing, as Eamonn continued: “Imagine living with you, you’re like the sort of child who used to lick his plate clean.”
Eamonn then proceeded to speak with his mouth full of biscuit as he said: “Can I just say, I like this!”

This Morning fans were in hysterics at Eamonn’s dig and took to Twitter to comment.
“Omg @EamonnHolmes calling John terode a dirty pig #thismorning love eamonn & @RuthieeL,” one person tweeted followed by laughing face emojis.
A second posted: “Your such a dirty pig don’t ever change Eamonn #ThisMorning (sic).”
A third pointed out: “#ThisMorning How can @EamonnHolmes call John a pig when he is chumping through a biscuit with his mouth open.”
A fourth viewer declared: “Add this to Eamonn Holmes’ best bits!”
