Good Morning Britain ‘s Kate Garraway stepped in to defend Prime Minister Boris Johnson after former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith made a quip about his weight.
Strictly star Jacqui said her biggest concern about Mr Johnson getting his vaccine was that he would post a topless photograph.
She said: “It is disappointing that we are not going to get as much vaccine as we thought we were going to get, but we are still doing very well on the vaccine programme.
“We have now got the Oxford AstraZenaca vaccine back being recommended by everybody.
“I think my biggest worry this morning about the vaccine is whether or not we are going to have to see Boris with his shirt off, getting this vaccine this morning.”
Kate laughed: “Dear oh dear, how mean, Jacqui! How mean of you!”

Charlotte Hawkins added: “Maybe he will wear a suitable garment so that that doesn’t happen.”
Some viewers were angry at Jacqui’s remark, with one tweeting: “Can’t believe that a prior Home Secretary jacqui smith on @ GMB said this!
“If a man had said this about a woman it would be slammed for being sexist or fat shaming and yet it’s fine when a woman does it … horrendous double standards.”

The Prime Minister had previously confirmed that he was getting his first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine on Friday – after medicines agencies insisted it was safe.
He revealed he would take the dose as Downing Street tried to reassure the public about the vaccine after some European countries stopped using it.

Officials said are seeking to quell fears over the safety of the Oxford/AstraZeneca coronavirus jab after five more cases of a specific brain blood clot in patients who received the vaccination.
Mr Johnson also said that while UK “will receive slightly fewer vaccines in April than in March” but the country is still on track to hit its vaccination targets and there is “no change” to England’s roadmap out of lockdown.
The Prime Minister said: “The supply we do have will still enable us to hit the targets we have set.
“That means by April 15 we will be able to offer a first dose to all of you who are over 50 as well as those who are under 50 who are clinically vulnerable.
“We will have the second doses people need within the 12 week window, which means around 12 million people in April and will still offer a first dose to every adult by the end of July.
“So there is no change to the next steps of the road map.”
