American football player Medhy Malanda is set to shake things up when he heads into Love Island for the Casa Amor twist, the Mirror can reveal.
The couples on the ITV2 show will be given the ultimate test when a second villa is introduced very soon.
The boys and girls will be separated with a host of new sexy singles added into the mix in order to see if their heads can be turned.
The twist is usually introduced a few weeks into the dating show in a bid to test loyalties after relationships have been formed.
And hunky Medhy will test how the girls really feel about the boys.
The muscly athlete fits the “tall, dark and handsome” description that many of the girls have said is their type.
He has a relatively modest Instagram following of just over 5,000 people, but that’s sure to grow as soon as he sets foot inside the villa.
Athlete Medhy regularly poses up for sexy snaps, either in his designer threads or with his top off to show off his guns.
He last posted on the social media app on July 5, which is no surprise since he’ll have been in quarantine before heading into the villa.
He’s already landed quite a few paid partnerships, and his influence will only grow after appearing on the show.
Medhy is also seen on his profile training in his sport, running around a track with an American football in his arms and standing barefoot in a sand pit.
He’s a regular visitor to the gym too, sharing plenty of workout snaps showing him lifting weights and tackling military-style exercises.
Medhy has been working on building a following on TikTok too.
His profile says that he splits his time between London and Brussels and states his occupation as “athlete”.
There’s also a hint that he’s a religious man as his bio includes ” Psalm 23:4″, which reads: “ Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
His latest video sees him take part in the beat box challenge. He dances in the bathroom before punching towards the camera, only for the image to then change to show him with a fresh haircut.
Are you excited for Casa Amor? Let us know which couples you think will be split by the twist in the comments below.
“My barber saved me,” he captioned it.
In other videos, he acts like a video game character having outfits chosen by a player, lip syncs along to funny audio clips, shares his skincare routine, and shows off the date night outfits he was unable to head out in due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Maybe we’ll see some of them in the villa!
